1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Motherschoice website, mobile application (if any), products, services, and distributor program. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our website or become a distributor. By registering or purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Orders

• All products (Paithani sarees, cosmetics, etc.) are subject to availability.
• Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities without notice.
• Orders are subject to acceptance; we may cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., pricing error, stock unavailability).
• Delivery timelines are estimates only; we are not liable for delays due to force majeure, logistics issues, or customs.

4. Payment

We accept payments via [list methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, COD (if applicable)]. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. You agree not to use any fraudulent or unauthorized payment method.

5. Distributor

• Commissions are calculated and paid as per the prevailing compensation plan (subject to change with notice).
• You must comply with all Indian laws including Direct Selling Guidelines 2021, Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules 2021, and Income Tax Act.
• Misrepresentation, pyramid schemes, or unethical recruitment is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination.
• No refund on starter kit / registration fees unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product images, designs, and materials on this website are owned by Motherschoice or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motherschoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product/service in question.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Pune, Maharashtra].

Disputes may be resolved through negotiation, failing which through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

9. Changes to Terms
